Free Music Friday: Tiger That Talked, Cloudbirds and Wendy & Lisa
Maybe we’re a little guilty of pimping some company favorites, but when it’s good we can’t help but spread the word. Tigers That Talked is one such band. Yesterday the band premiered “Holy Saturday, Gloomy Sunday,” which you can grab below. Maybe you remember them from winning our Direct To Fan Grant?
The band even took some footage they filmed while in Austin last month for SXSW and created a music video that you can view below.
Cloudbirds are a fantastic band from Chicago featuring three former members of The M’s. If you’re a fan of the folkier side of things with some pop sensibilities, you’ll want to grab this track, which was recorded live at Lincoln Hall earlier this year.
Speaking of office favorites, Wendy & Lisa have a new remix available that reminds me a little of Massive Attack These ladies are O.G. Topspiners and have been using the app longer than most. They’re also Emmy Award winning musical composers.
