Get Involved In The Community!

A little over a month ago, we at Topspin took a pretty big step. After three years of near-stealth operation and painstaking product development, we finally handed the keys to our technology over to you – the artist.

Of course, mastering the Topspin platform doesn’t happen overnight. So, if you’re a new user who’d like to improve your Topspin-literacy level, we invite you to the best place for asking, teaching, researching, and discussing all things Topspin: our Community Forums. Over the last month, the Community has played host to a wealth of great peer-to-peer education and product feedback. We love seeing new Topspinners teaching each other the tricks of the trade, and we welcome all positive and critical feedback you have on our platform. Believe it or not, we’re listening. If you have a problem or a great feature idea, share it. It may just wind up in our next design meeting. Here’s a quick taste of the knowledge being shared in the Forums right now:

  • Facebook Store setup and enhancements
  • WordPress technical & aesthetic issues
  • Streaming player questions and suggestions
  • Inventory Management
  • Email platform feature suggestions
  • Pre-order configurations
  • Selling in foreign currencies
  • Weekly Webcasts with Bob and Ian
  • Favorite videos and a place to post your band’s vid
  • How-to Videos / Knowledgebase Greatest Hits

Our Community Forums and Knowledgbase offer a treasure trove of valuable information and practical know-how. We encourage you to visit and reference them often. When you learn, our entire community gets smarter, and in the process, helps us deliver a better, more effective product to you, the artist. So go on, get involved in the community!
