Sell from YouTube with the YouTube Merch Store!

You wouldn’t head out on the road without t-shirts and other goodies to sell at the merch table after the show and your performances on YouTube shouldn’t be any different. It’s with great pleasure we announce Topspin’s inclusion in YouTube’s latest feature, The Merch Store. With this you can easily take the music, movies, tickets, t-shirts, vinyl, and other goodies you’re selling via Topspin and make them available for sale right from your YouTube Channel page. Here’s what it looks like:

YouTube is rolling this out to their music partners over the coming weeks and Topspin artists are eligible to participate! If you’re a Topspin artist and you’d like to add a store to your YouTube channel page, please contact Topspin artist support and we’ll get you hooked up! If you’re not a Topspin artist yet, well, what are you waiting for! Click here to get signed up and selling on your Web site and on YouTube, too!

How to setup YouTube:

  1. Get a Topspin Account
  2. Create Offers
  3. Check either the “Offers API” box or the “Paid Affiliates” box for each offer you’d like to appear on YouTube
  4. Fill out this quick form – http://t.opsp.in/15YEY. Please note that requests can take up to seven business days. If you are an artist that already has some other affiliate relationship with YouTube, such as VEVO, major label or any other Content Partner relationship your request will require additional time to process.
  5. Once your request has been processed, you’ll get a courtesy email from YouTube letting you know the feature is turned on for your channel.
