Topspin Labs have been busy cooking up extended uses for our Download Anywhere widget and we are excited to share what is now possible! You can use Download Anywhere to launch any widget you can think of in a light box on any page on the web. Just use the new Advanced Widget Link Settings and enter the embed code of anything you’d like:
- Streaming player
- Customized Email for Media widgets
- Vimeo or YouTube player
- Mini modal with multiple elements (anything you can iFrame really!)
Once you’ve saved your settings, take your confirmation URL and append &fb=3 to the end of it. The resulting link will direct fans to your widget displayed in a light box anywhere on the web. You now have the freedom to use that link in any promo you choose: email, Facebook, Twitter and beyond!
