About Topspin: Topspin is a direct-to-fan marketing and retail platform. We help musicians, filmmakers and authors grow their direct fan connections and make money. We provide unparalleled software tools for connecting, cultivating relationships and transacting direct with fans via an artist’s own Web site, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube channel, and more. Topspin’s customers, ranging from Paul McCartney to The Civil Wars to David Lynch to thousands of beloved unsigned artists, use Topspin to distribute their music, films, videos, merchandise, tickets, and fan clubs direct to their fans.

Ruby Contractor

We need some solid ruby contracting help to help out with some of our side projects. :)

You should:
- be comfortable with deadlines and deliverables.
- be available immediately.
- know what you’re doing with Rails 3.0 and APIs.

Artist and Label Relations in Los Angeles and London

We are looking to add both a Los Angeles and a London based Artist and Label Relations person to the team. These people will represent Topspin in Los Angeles and London respectively, and beyond to artists, managers, labels, filmmakers, authors, brands, and more.  Their job will be finding opportunities where clients would benefit from Topspin’s software and services and closing these deals.

The right person will be:

- Passionate about helping artists earn a living
- Equally comfortable talking to software developers, artists, managers and agents
- Loved and respected in the music and/or film industry
- Convincing, but honest and sincere
- Versed in media, with an understanding of the music business, including touring and sponsorships
- Knowledgeable in the ways artists can build and improve their direct-to-consumer businesses
