All North American tickets sold in the fan pre-sale are will-call only that will be picked up at the venue's box office the night of the show. 

Please bring a copy of your receipt as well as a valid government-issued ID(Driver's lisence, ID card, passport, school ID, etc) to pick up your tickets.
