You can go to Gravatar.com, and use the same email address you use on this website to log in. When it says “Sign into WordPress with WordPress.com Connect” click on the text link under that which says “create a new one.” Use your email address from here and pick any username you want (that doesn’t affect this site or need to match) then follow prompts to confirm your email address. Once confirmed you’ll be able to upload an image to Gravatar, and it will refresh over here automatically.
